Shipping Policy

Shipping is to the UK ONLY at this current time.

Your order will be shipped on the same day if order placed before 12:30pm (For Charms & Accessories ONLY).

If after 12:30pm, order will be shipped the following day using the chosen shipping method.

Shipping is free for orders over £20 (Charms/Accessories ONLY).

Custom Crocs are NOT included in this offer as they have to be sent via fragile shipping services, please see below for these rates.

UK Shipping Rates

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 days) : £2.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) : £3.99

Royal Mail Special (Guaranteed before 1pm Next Day) : £9.50

Custom Crocs Pre-order UK Shipping Rates

Turnover time for custom crocs is 14 days to arrive. The crocs will be sourced in your chosen size then designed by me.

The crocs will then be shipped to the customer :

Evri fragile shipping which costs £4 (3-5 days once tracking sent to you via email).
